Es un lugar seguro que tiene un camino empedrado con acceso para llegar a la playa privada Vista hermosa una de las mas bonitas de Ixtapa frente al hotel las brisas.

Para rentar hay que hacer un deposito de seguridad reembolsable 5000 pesos a la administración del edificio.
