The villa is on two levels.
The upper level is composed of :

A fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a dining room with access to a beautiful terrace, equipped with an outdoor living room sheltered from the sun, ideal for contemplating the view and guessing Sardinia in the distance and also gives access to a nice shaded outdoor dining area and a barbecue.

The living room has a smart TV and many books for adults and children.

A guest toilet.

A master suite with a king size bed from which you can admire the sea view and a private balcony to relax, bathroom and separate toilet.

The lower level of the villa consists of :
- A bedroom (two 90 * 200 beds with the possibility of bringing them together to form a King Size bed) with garden access, desk and wardrobe.

OUTDOOR
The villa has a beautiful landscaped garden with fruit trees and endemic plants as well as a large very quiet 10 * 5 swimming pool located at the bottom of the garden completely secured with removable barrier if necessary and a shower.

Parking is available at the entrance of the villa for 2/3 cars. Possibility to park more a little further away.
It is possible to access on foot to the beach (350 meters) where there is a petanque court.
