The excellent location puts you close to Zoutelande’s beach, shops and restaurants. Please note that the space is relatively compact, especially with a child or additional guest. Due to the central location, some outside noise may also be noticeable.

The private bedroom features a boxspring bed that can be arranged as two single beds or joined into one queen bed. A baby cot is available upon request; please bring your own bedding. The room also includes a high chair, low toddler chair, private bathroom, and fridge. There is no kitchen.

The shared hallways are communal spaces, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise low, walk quietly, and help keep the area clean.

Parking Information:
Paid parking is available off-premises from March 1st until October 31st.
( if you give us your license plate we can get you a discount for 8 euro a day at the Hoge Hilt).
Free parking from November 1st until February 28th.

The authentic wooden floors add to the building's charm, but they also mean you may occasionally hear footsteps or other sounds from neighboring rooms. Light sleeper? This may not be the best fit for you.

Important Property Notes:
Baby cots- available upon request.
Please note that the space is compact and some outside noise may be noticeable.
Spacious shower: The bathroom is a bit older, but the large shower works perfectly.
Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed—regular checks are carried out.

Fees & Requirements

Tourist Tax: 2.10 per person/night. For guests coming from outside Zoutelande, the local tourist tax is not included in the booking price. The municipality requires this to be paid separately, and you will receive a small additional invoice upon arrival.
Dog fee: 15 per dog, per night.
Long stays: Weekly cleaning is required for longer stays (a small extra fee applies).

We don't speak German, but we're happy to help in English or Dutch. A separate tourist tax will be charged and must be paid before check-in.

The private bedrooms are compact and have the charm you'd expect from an older property rather than a modern hotel. What it may lack in size, the room is small, but the location is amazing.

With so many great places to eat just outside the door, most guests don't miss having a kitchen or breakfast/roomservice. Our neighbours do an amazing job, and we're happy to leave breakfast to them.

please note: As this is an old and authentic, small, building, it is possible to hear some sounds from other private bedrooms. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs for a more comfortable stay. We’ve provided complimentary earbuds at the entrance – feel free to grab a pair, they’re yours to keep!
