LOVE the condition of the u its. GREAT CLEANING CREW. However kit hen vould be a little bit cleaner with stove & rubber under garbage disposal. A LOT of people miss this. But it puts out an odor & my hubby is allergic to EVERYTHING. BUT LOVE it

The room we stayed in was great. We loved our stay 10/10 would recommend. The staff was nice and understanding and helped out when needed. The only stand out was the dishes, some dishes were dirty but we just washed them again and it was fine. Other than that it we had a blast.

Good hotel, the rooms are comfortable with everything you possibly need. The kitchen has all the appliances. We stayed in room 307, all the bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Elevator is working. The pool is clean and easily accessible.

Older building but seems well maintained. Staff was friendly. Dog friendly. Great area with lots of beach access options, mostly driving. Liked having comfy space with kitchen and nice balcony.

Don't let the outside of the place fool you. 4/2025 the outside of the building looks pretty rough, paint peeling, looks old. BUT, the room was awesome! Super clean and cute. Backdoor to a nice pool, hot tub, and grassy area. There was a deer hanging out with a group of ladies playing bocce ball, for real, it was super cool and fun to watch. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was wonderful about our stay the room was very clean and nicely appointed but at the same time it took us back to 1969 when it was built and it had that retro feel to us that we enjoyed the view of the Ocean was beautiful and the front desk person was very nice. The bed was also very comfortable and we enjoyed cooking our own meal. Great place to stay for a couple or family

Our stay at the Gray Gull was "wonderful"! It was an overnight getaway for us after dealing with serious medical issues and it was therapeutic! We will definitely go back again soon! Love the Gray Gull!!!
