My room, located on the third floor adjacent to the lounge, was subjected to very loud live music that continued until 10:30 p.m. As a result, I was unable to rest and had to leave my room for over two hours waiting for the music to end before I could return and relax. When I raised this concern with the reception, I was informed that it is the hotel’s “tradition” to convert the premises into a club during weekends for its guests. This practice is highly disruptive and unacceptable for anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay. I strongly advise prospective guests to avoid this hotel.

This hotel is close to Kotoka International Airport and has a free airport shuttle so that is very convenient. There were no wash cloths (face towels) and we had to ask for a shower mat after the water from the shower went onto the floor in the bathroom because there is no door on the shower.
