Large windows draw in natural light, while a door leads out to the private balcony—complete with BBQ, seating and wide-reaching city views—perfect for morning coffee or relaxed evenings.

Sleek and functional, the kitchen supports easy meal preparation with full cooking facilities, including an oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The island bench offers a casual spot for quick meals or a quiet start to the day.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in robe and balcony access, along with a private ensuite. The second bedroom includes a tri-bunk, well-suited to families or groups. A central bathroom with integrated laundry adds everyday convenience.

You`ll also have access to Level 8 amenities, including a gym with a variety of mixed-use fitness equipment and a rock climbing wall. The floor also features two private function spaces, complete with dining facilities and a games room.

There is no on-site parking, with nearby paid options available at Wilson Car Park Adelaide Central. However, the apartment`s central location means you can easily get around without a car.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
