Over all pretty good but on the last night there was fight on our floor in the early hours and the next morning when checking out the reception did not apologise or ask how our stay was and she would have been aware of what had happened as the lift was damaged and there was blood everywhere that had been sort of cleaned up and a cleaning sign erected Very disappointing end to our stay

My stay at this hotel was fairly pleasant. The location was decent and convenient enough for my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that provided a restful night’s sleep. However, the pool was disappointing. The water appeared cloudy, there was visible dirt at the bottom, and the lack of a heater made it less inviting. While the stay was overall comfortable, some attention to the pool area would make the experience much better.

Great Adelaide Stay

As a relatively new hotel it was extremely clean and well maintained. All light switches are in the right place and lighting is good to read by. A bit removed from the centre of Adelaide, but 2 minute walk to free circuit bus or 10 minute walk to Rundle Mall. IGA supermarke is 3 minute walkThe must reason to stay here is the Thai restaurant next door. “ Von “. Open 7days lunch and dinner. Being small you need to book. The stir fry pork belly is to die for. A very quiet and relaxing stay.

The hotel is nice, the styling and decor of the rooms is top notch but the big let down is the low floor “views” that are non existent, feels like a prison cell, tiny window with a metal grill covering it, this wasn’t advertised when selecting a room.

It’s new, but I don’t like a few things. 1. The amenities provided don’t smell too good, not my favorite. 2. Parking is first come first serve, also if available it’s $25 per night what a scam. Might as well just do street parking. Probably only rich people are business people are willing to pay for the $25 parking fee. 3. The room picture doesn’t not match the actual room. 4. Staying on 2nd floor you can hear banging sounds all the time, that’s not a good rest for me for the 2 nights Things I like: 1. I do have F&B voucher so it’s good I can use for any F&B in the hotel

Enjoyed our stay, would stay here again

We stayed at a family room which is two interconnected bedroom. Rooms has enough space, good layout, bathroom is good size too. Staff are all very nice and friendly. We had breaky included which was worthy it, breaky has good choices and yummy. Pool is a bit on the smaller size but doesn’t affect my son, he still had a great fun. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
