The chalet is located in a beautiful small-scale vacation park, directly by the idyllic Afritzer See in the sunny south of Carinthia. You will stay amidst an impressive landscape of mountains, clear lakes, and unspoiled nature. Whether you want to relax or explore the surroundings — this place offers all possibilities throughout every season!

The Afritzer See is idyllically situated in the heart of Carinthia and is known for its azure blue water and relaxed ambiance. The well-maintained beach areas with sunbathing lawns, piers, and mountain views invite swimming, sunbathing, and enjoyment. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity, you will find other well-known lakes such as the Ossiacher See, Millstätter See, Brennsee, and Faaker See. In Afritz am See and the surrounding villages, all necessary amenities are available: shops, supermarkets, and cozy restaurants with local specialties.

When winter arrives, the region transforms into a popular winter sports destination. Approximately 15 kilometers away is Bad Kleinkirchheim, with over 100 kilometers of varied slopes and modern lifts. The area is suitable for both families and avid skiers. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also nearby (about 13 kilometers) and offers 50 to 55 kilometers of descents, combined with spectacular panoramas — perfect for beginners and advanced skiers alike.
