Air conditioned studio for 2 people, no renovated, situated at Heliopolis entrance E, 3rd floor with lift. Living room with 140cm wall-bed. Kitchen area with large fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... Separate bathroom and WC. Terrace with shutters, facing west. Parking n°113.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions.
