At the heart of this opulent retreat lies a magnificent 70m² private swimming pool, complete with hydromassage whirlpool features and breathtaking sea views—available for heating upon request and extra fee. Complementing this oasis is a charming 12m² children's pool, inviting magical moments for our youngest guests. The estate boasts a sophisticated lounge area with a fire pit, surrounded by curated sun-beds and elegant umbrellas, creating the perfect setting for summer indulgence. Adults can unwind on premium loungers, seamlessly transitioning to alfresco dining in the stylish outdoor shaded dining area, equipped with a fully outfitted kitchen (Large Fridge, Oven, Sink, Smart 50’ TV) and a state-of-the-art gas BBQ, ideal for savoring culinary delights against a backdrop of captivating sunset skies. Additionally, the villa features on-site parking for two vehicles, an outdoor WC and a signature outdoor sauna on the first-floor balcony. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Two Baby cots, Two High chairs &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with: 2 x Fridge with freezer, 2 x Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector. A PS5 is also available.
