Amazing and beautiful place. Nestled next to vineyards. There is a gorgeous spa amid the historical property. Service was wonderful and the restaurant was Michelin-star worthy. Would highly recommend this place.

I am completely torn…do I say how incredible this experience and place is and add more attention to an already perpetually full spa/hotel in Agliano Terme? Or do I downplay it, so there is potential space in the future? To respect the staff and level of service here, I guess I have to be honest. This is a paradise with impeccable service and options for relaxation that go beyond the typical spa/hotel. Top-tier everything. Definitely have lunch or dinner and talk to the talented sommelier, Fabio. In short, highly recommended. We will most definitely be back! Grazie a tutti a Villa Fontana. Un’esperienza veramente strepitosa.

Beautiful property, stunning views, the room with balcony is one of the best, the spa facilities are well thought out. The on site restaurant is good. Service was slightly slow and tired but overall friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous hotel. Incredible views. Wonderful staff and welcome. Recommended great restaurant in Asti and local bus directions. Spa is very good with plenty of facilities. Room 2 very large with sitting room and views. Much better than what we saw on images when booking.

I'm not one to review hotels but I thought this deserved it. We cannot explain how happy we were with our experience at Villa Fontana. We have stayed at many hotels around the world and this is one of our most memorable experiences. Benedette and Davide were incredibly accommodating and always a delight to deal with. It was truly a relaxing paradise overlooking the rolling hills filled with vineyards. There are an abundance of wineries in close proximity to do some wine touring. It was not only the amazing location/view and incredible facilities (pool, spa, sauna, steam room, indoor plunge pool/spa,etc), but the staff's willingness to go over and above to make it feel as if it was our own villa. Benedette also was extremely helpful when asking about the area and neighbouring towns for wineries and restaurants. We stayed with a group of our friends and some even returned a week later to finish their trip with some further relaxation. We also enjoyed multiple dinners at the restaurant I could go on but thank you Villa Fontana and we will definitely be back! Cheers Paul

Paradise in Asti

This was one of the loveliest places I've ever stayed. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating of our large group and the service was spectacular. Everything we requested was provided with a smile. Benedetta is so organized and ensured everyone was comfortable and happy. If you have the opportunity to stay at the Villa Fontana, you should!

peaceful and romantic

this place is fantastic!! recently opened , it has been completely renovated with taste and refinement. we had a junior suite , which was just formidable ,the spas is built in the old cave where they used to storage wine , when this building used to be owned by a wine maker. i would recommend this place just for couple , since it is so special!! the only thing missing is , food to fit with this standard!! we are told they are aware of the problem , and hardily looking to fix the issue , to make sure all guest enjoy their stay to the fullest!! we would definitely stay there again if coming through this region

Great hospitality. Rita is a great manager and extremely friendly and accommodating. She set up a driver, Roberto, whom was excellent as well. The views are phenomenal! Extremely relaxing environment and great spa setting. The hotel was very clean and linens of high quality. Great pillows for a good night sleep and soft towels. Extra touches of a welcoming letter with cookies and turn down service with chocolate. I couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely be back to stay!

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner trois nuits dans cet hôtel en Italie, et ce fut tout simplement magique. L’hôtel dispose d'un spa incroyable, un véritable havre de paix où nous avons pu nous détendre et profiter de massages absolument divins. Chaque instant passé dans ce spa était une expérience de pure relaxation, dans un cadre somptueux. Le restaurant de l'hôtel a été une autre révélation : des plats savoureux, préparés avec soin, et un service irréprochable.
