Nikte Condominiums offers contemporary beachfront accommodations along Akumal’s Half Moon Bay. The location provides access to great snorkeling and is within easy walking distance to Akumal’s restaurants, bars, and other services.

Nikte Unit 5 is a two bedroom, two bath condominium, located on the third floor of the property. The unit enjoys a large oceanside terrace furnished with a dining table and comfortable chairs, making the perfect setting for your morning coffee.

The unit is finished with beautiful granite countertops, marble flooring, and travertine showers, decorated with gorgeous native parotta wood furniture and tasteful accessories.

The floorplan offers an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. From the living area, step easily onto the oceanside terrace, allowing an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor space and more opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of Half Moon Bay.

The principal bedroom is also located on the ocean side of the unit with direct access to the furnished terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and a Smart TV and enjoys a private ensuite bath.

The second bedroom is located at the rear of the unit with garden views. It is a private restful space also furnished with a king bed, smart television, and ensuite bath.

Akumal is a small beach community with ecologically minded locals and two swimmable bays, both of which are home to a diversity of tropical marine life and endangered sea turtles. Akumal is a 20-minute drive from the popular resort areas of Playa del Carmen and Tulum and just one hour south of Cancun International Airport.

Beautiful property... we enjoyed the location on Half Moon Bay. Pleasant area and a few restaurants in walking distance such as La Lunita and La Buena Vida. Two snorkeling options one a few minutes northa and one a few minutes south of our condo. Highly recommend

Spectacular Condo

The condo was just as pictured, but with new outdoor chaises and table and chairs. Upon arriving the condo was comfortably cool and every thing was ready for us and perfect. The concierge rented us a golf cart, and cleaning was done everyday. We had to cut our trip short by 3 days due to falling at a theme park and fracturing my r. arm. We will definitely come back to this unit.

Beautiful Condo and location.

The condo was beautiful. It was right on the beach. The view from our large terrace was exquisite- you could watch the sea all day, the stars at night and the sunrise in the morning. Large two bedroom unit. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Large kitchen with all the basic necessities. Comfortable living room. Air conditioners worked great. Lots of hot water. Steps to the ocean and the pool. Great location. 5 min walk to a very nice beach restaurant. 20 min walk into the small town of Akumal with stores and several restaurants. Overall a great stay!!

Friends getaway

The condo was absolutely wonderful, with excellent amenities, view, and great communication with the concierge. They helped with our transport from the airport and also arranging massages and other things. We loved Akumal - very relaxed and a couple great restaurants. We loved the option to cook at condo as well. Loved our stay and hope to go back!

Comfortable and very nice. Wish the hot water would have lasted longer than a few short minutes for one person. Had to get the safe key from the property manager to make the safe work but easy to do and worked just fine with key. Overall experience was great!

Escape from reality

Gorgeous property right on the beach. Great views, very modern property- super clean and functional. Walking distance to several restaurants, shopping and convenience stores. The beach is amazing. Can't wait to go back!

Nice property

Overall, it is a very nice condo which all amenities. Included was a washer and drier which was great to have. Good working A/C in all ares. Beach is relatively smooth and sandy with good reef for snorkeling. Entry to the neighborhood is well protected and secure. I would have given it 5 stars however, last two days bunch of young people arrived evidently related to the owners and despite pleas, partied till dawn. Wonder if we would be "evicted" if we violated all their own rules. Bottom line is if I would stay there again? Yes I would and likewise, I recommend it.

Perfect condo for two couples!

Centered in Akumal Bay across from a small grocery/convenience store. A gift basket with baked goods upon our arrival. Even though we had a key code, the key was not inside and had to make three trips to the office to check in and finally get a key (roughly a ten minute walk each way). I recommend renting a golf cart even though it is a safe area for walking. The condo had several spices for cooking, a ninja for frozen drinks and nice cooking utensils. Good snorkeling in Half Moon Bay but while we were vacationing had a lot of seaweed (efforts were being made to clean it up while being the least intrusive to the environment). Highly recommend the sunset cruise sail trip and do not recommend snorkeling Yal-Ku. This was our third trip to Half Moon Bay and will not be our last.
