Casa San Francisco on hiljattain remontoitu huvila, joka on lämmin ja kutsuva ja tuntuu aivan kotona. Upeat värit ja kalusteet, upea valtameri, valkoinen hiekkaranta, yksityisyys ja upea uima-allas. Mitä muuta haluatte?


Casa San Francisco on "Hacienda" tyylinen huvila sijaitsee valkoisella hiekkarannalla aidatulla, asuinalueella, Etelä-Akumalilla. Villa on mukava ja värikäs yhdistelmä taidetta ja käsitöitä ympäri maailmaa asetettu keskellä trooppisten puutarhojen ja Karibian rannalla. Sen viehätyksestä valmistuu takorautaparvekkeet ja sisäpihan suihkulähteet. "Se on ihan ihana" lukee vieraskirjaa.



Casa San Franciscossa on neljä makuuhuonetta päärakennuksessa kahdessa kerroksessa. Pääkerroksessa on avoin oleskelu- ja ruokailutila sekä täysin varustettu keittiö. Olohuoneesta / ruokailutilasta nautit täysin näkymä turkoosi Karibialle. Liukusäätimillä pääset upeaan uima-altaaseen ja sen kalkkikiven kannen alueeseen, joka on hyvin kalustettu pöydillä, tuoleilla ja uima-altaan lepotuilla. Rannalla on myös upeita kookospalmuja, jotka sopivat täydellisesti riippumatosiin.



Makuuhuoneet: Yläkerrassa on kolme upeaa ja rentouttavaa ilmastoitua makuuhuonetta. Merinäköalalla makuuhuone on sisustettu kuningas ja on oma kylpyhuone. Toinen ihana vierashuone sijaitsee vieressä makuuhuoneessa, jossa on upeat näkymät merelle, king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Kolmas ensuite vierashuone ylimmässä kerroksessa on varustettu king-vuode ja nauttii myös tyylikäs tiilimuovattu katto ja kaunis näkymä puutarhaan. Neljäs makuuhuone sijaitsee päätetasolla puutarhanäkymänä. Tämä on tilava huone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta (voidaan tehdä kuningas) ja astella sänky. Kaikissa ensuite-huoneissa on suihkut ja joko yksi tai kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, ja ylimääräinen täysi kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkulla päätyyny, jossa on suihkulla pääseulasta.



Jos tarvitset lisää tilaa, Casa San Francisco sisältää söpö ylemmän tason guesthousen puutarhan puolella suihkulähden pihalla. Idyllic location on the beach; pool/patio space allows you to enjoy sunrises, sunsets and everything in between. House has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Bonus: At night watched turtles coming onto the beach to lay their eggs; did require patience and ninja level stealth so as not to distrub. We will be back!

We were quite spoiled with our previous location but needed a new city, and found it hard to find a place to meet all our expectations. Wonderful home and host team!

My family of 10 (ranging in age from 53 to 1) had a fabulous stay at Casa San Francisco! Quiet, secluded, yet within easy distance to many sights - most notably for my family were the archeological ruins throughout this region - a perfect home base. And downtime at the home with the pool and beach were just as great! We were cared for by a special team of lovely house staff - Guille, Naomi, and Jorge - who made our stay over the top special. We hope to return soon and find this little gem of a home as beautiful as we left it.

Great House on the Quite Side of Akumal

The house was perfect for a quiet and relaxing family vacation. Centrally located, this house was a short drive from all of the stuff we wanted to do (Mayan ruins, Cenote swimming, Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Turtle Sanctuary in Akumal, golf, etc.). Every day included snorkeling off of our own beach, lounging by the pool and just plain R&R time. This is a quiet location in a gated community with good security (they patrolled the beach regularly). The house is well maintained and the staff are friendly without being obtrusive. Definitely worth the money spent and we highly recommend Casa de San Francisco.

What an amazing home

Our family group of 7 stayed at Casa San Francisco. The directions we were provided made finding the place easy . We were greeted by the property manager Guille upon our arrival. She was very helpful in explaining the workings of the property and she also checked in on us a couple of times during our stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do the beach justice. Sun rise was my favorite on the back patio. Jorge and Noemi kept the place spotless and were also great for providing information on local activities etc . Jorge cooked for us our last night and the meal was absolutely delicious. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic stay!!

Went to Akumal with a family to celebrate our fathers 80th birthday. Cannot say enough positive things about the house and staff on site. The house was well kept and beautiful. The staff were friendly, and worked hard! They took good care of us. The view is incredible, the pool was perfect for our kids to swim in all day. We walked up and down the beach to search for coral and seashells, there was a crew that came by everyday to clean up any seaweed that was washed up. They provide water, and beach towels for your family, and make sure you have enough. There is someone that comes and cleans the pool and patio every morning. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Everyone loved the stay here, wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect house for a friend vacation!

This house is awesome!! We were a group of 10 including some couples. There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of privacy. The outdoor space is great, offering a great pool and a mix of sun and shade. The views of the beach are great too. The beach itself is a bit rocky, but we went in with shoes on and used kayaks every day! The house manager was great for arranging out meals with the staff, and the food cooked was amazing. The concierge was very helping in helping us arrange airport transportation, a trip to the cenote, and trips into tulum. The house is about a 30 minute walk down the beach to Akumal, but the town is very small. If you’re looking for a great house with lots of space, great views, and great food, you won’t regret booking this place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying that the staff here is amazing! They do a great job with everything! Cleaning, cooking, and laundry was all just top notch. They are very hard working and just pleasant to be around, so don’t forget to tip them before you go. They deserve every bit of it. The house is gorgeous and the pool and ocean view is fabulous. Our group of 9 had such an amazing time here. The staff even helped plan a special dinner including Mariachi! We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect for our group of 11!

The house was so spacious, comfortable and well appointed for our group of 11. There were eight adults and three children. The view was absolutely beautiful and we never tired of it. Our entire stay felt magical! There was good snorkeling out front, kayaks to use and we were in the pool everyday. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and really well cared for by the staff. Drinking water was provided and plentiful. It felt very safe. We would definitely return and stay here again!!! Our only suggestions are little things: more towels/washcloths available, a broom and dustpan in the home and upgraded pots and pans as we did quite a bit of cooking during our 8 days. Such a great place, we didn't want to leave. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
