This is our 2nd or 3rd time staying at this Holiday Inn Express in Alabaster, AL. VERY clean hotel, friendly staff, and we are more than comfortable when we come to town. They are a little pricey, but it is worst the peace that we get when we are here. THANK YOU, and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

The A/C in the room did not work. Called the front desk and they came up to fix it. Got it running and said any more problems they would switch rooms. After 10 minutes it stopped and when we asked to move rooms was told no rooms were available.

Everything was great for a 1 night stay! Fast and easy check-in, lady was super nice, close to stores/food and clean!! Parking was really the only sorta issue. There is a storage container on the side taking up like 4-5 spots and at 530am when I ran to the store and back no spots open when I got back but other than that was great!!!!

Light behind bath mirror was not working. Shower water pressure was not sufficient to was soap out of hair. Matress was very uncomfortable, lumpy. Tub was slick with no anti slip mats in it. Staff was friendly. , breakfast was mostly cold food, plenty of fruit, and cereal.
