- shared laundry room for the washing machine;
- a private terrace of 40 m2, covered, facing west, with garden furniture and deckchairs overlooking the garden where you will enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Lava.

- Rental contract established (dates - description - internal regulations - terms): professional travel is therefore possible.

Rental for 7 nights minimum.
Outside the summer period: arrival possible on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. July / August: exclusively on Saturdays.

Other remarks - on your arrival:
- Keys and WIFI code given by the owners.
- Rental exclusively for 2 people. For any additional person not scheduled with ABRITEL, you will be asked for € 20.00 / night + a flat rate of € 25.00 for household linen.
- A deposit check of 300.00 € (which will be returned to you after the inventory, upon your departure) as well as the payment of the tourist tax (not collected by ABRITEL).
