The beds are less than comfortable would definitely bring your own pillow. The buffett breakfast is nothing more than a continental breakfast with waffwls microwave sandwiches muffins cereal and juice etc.over all a nice friendly environment! The pool is nice for the kids and clean. We are booking our second kighr as we speak. Would recommend

Property offers 24/7 shuttle service to Albany International Airport and it is close. Eateries available within walking distance. -Plumbing problems with water coming from ceiling over shower. Drop ceiling failed overnight and room was switched. -No elevator for access to second floor rooms. -Cean but well worn carpets and fixtures.

Family memories - vacation

My kids and I enjoyed a short weekend trip here at the pool. Fish Fry across the street with reasonable prices. Breakfast was great in the morning at the hotel. Clean room with Nickelodeon and Disney channels. Thanks for the memories with my family!

Ika one of the managers was the rudest person i have ever met in my life! Pretty much a general disregard for customer service all together. After our initial encounter she went out of her way to give me a hard time, every chance she had. Apparently shes unaware that without patrons, she wouldnt have a job. If your a rude condescending person, maybe dont go for a career in the service industry...

I enjoyed my stay. I will admit that the property needs a little bit cleaning and fixing up. That being said, I had a fun room that had a door that opened directly to the pool which I liked a lot. Especially in the coldest part of the winter. There was an indoor courtyard with plenty of light that was great to sit in the sun on a cold winter's day. The buffet room was very nice and orderly. The staff are all very nice
