The cost of the rooms were almost $500/nt and this property does not meet a Hilton standard. Seating in the lobby area had several large stains and elevator floors were filthy! The staff at breakfast was fabulous! Very friendly and helpful.

Overall, a good experience but our entire bathroom floor was super sticky - sort of like it had been mopped with honey. Had to keep shoes on in our room because that was gross. (We didn't ask for service because we had a 1 night stay & didn't feel like the hassle but I'm sure they would have addressed it if we had complained.) Breakfast buffet was tasty & efficient - kudos to the lady that was running it!

Our stay here was good. The property is located in a great area that is easy to navigate on foot or by car and the onsite parking was great. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and as expected. My only critique is that on the whole the property would benefit from some updates as it was a little dated compared to other Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed at before. Despite that we would stay here again if we ever revisited the area.

Was given a room that had not been cleaned. Dirty towels in the shower, bed sheets were dirty. Went to front desk to get a new room and they seemed more concerned with how it could have happened then helping us get a new room. Only positive was it was walking distance to restaurants and proctors theater.
