This is the second weekend in a row that I stayed here. The stay last weekend was great. This weekend, my room was located to the right of the elevators. It sounded like people were bowling/moving furniture the entire night. I would have asked to change rooms, but I came back around 10:30 and went to bed. When I told the front desk about this problem as I was checking out, all I was told was “I’m sorry”. That was unfortunate since I am a Hilton member. I thought that I would be valued more.

The room was not good Due to the noise The hotel was very nice inside. The restaurant was a very good restaurant. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately our room was not The best room due to the noise. All night throughout the night we heard banging and slamming. We thought it Was thunder or maintenance, It was because the elevators and the ice machine was on the backside of our bedroom. No one told us. And throughout the night. We tossed and turn hearing banging. Closing and opening up the doors. When they use the ice machine, which was also behind our bedroom wall made a lot of noise. So the night was a terrible sleepless night for the most part. The staff was wonderful though. The restaurant was nice. And the facilities looked very clean and nice as well.
