The hotel was dirty with a spider web next to my child bed. A lot of light in the ceiling were not working. The remote control for the TV was not working and the heater in the room too. The staff was willing to change is to another room they were friendly and kind.

La struttura immersa nel verde della Valle d Itria è ideale per chi cerca un posto per rilassarsi. Io e la mia collega abbiamo trascorso dei giorni tranquilli e ci siamo sentite coccolate soprattutto dal personale sempre cordiale e mai assillante. Ottima pulizia delle stanze,di ottime dimensioni. Al ristorante piatti prelibati. La cosa che a me piace di più del posto è quello che viene offerto nella prima colazione. Il personale al bar della piscina e anche il bagnino: top.

Hotel molto bello ben arredato, pulito con personale molto professionale, disponibile e molto educato. Camere spaziose ben arredate pulite con letti comodissimi e ottimamente insonorizzate, dotate di ampi bagni puliti . La colazione varia e di ottima qualità. Dotato di una SPA non eccessivamente grande ma pulita e ben organizzata .Sarà di certo il mio hotel di riferimento se ritorno nella zona di Alberobello. Lo consiglio sicuramente.
