Make‎ sure‎ the outdoor firepit and grill are cleaned and covered. ‎Put‎ the heat to 50 and set‎ the‎ refrigerator‎ to‎ one.‎ Put‎ the‎ used towels‎ near‎ the‎ washer‎ for‎ the‎ cleaning‎ lady.‎
Please‎ leave‎ the‎ house‎ respectable‎ for‎ the‎ cleaning‎ lady and secure all trash and recycling, including bathroom trash, in outdoor receptacles that have a secured lid.

Accurate listing, AMAZING host!

The space is as listed, note that it is a gated tiny lake community with amenities, not ON a lake. Beds are pretty comfortable, baseboard heat is easily adjusted, big deck and fire pit would be fun in summer. It was very quiet when we were there early March to ski at Jack Frost. Jack Frost has day skiing on a bigger hill and its sister slope, Big Boulder, is nearby- passes are interchangeable and you can hit both on same day if you want. If it is slow, Jack Frost will be open in daylight until 4pm and BigBoulder at night- BB has the lights. We saw 17 wild turkeys in the yard and a dozen deer just hanging out in the backyard- they are fed enough that they are not shy and they're soooo cute! Jackie was very responsive and did everything to accommodate when possible although we didn't need accommodations. Jackie shared a local realtor with us who was very helpful. Jackie also relisted in order to take off the $10,000 charge that automatically went on my CC. UNDERSTAND: THAT IS NOW RESET AND WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN! It's all good because she took care of it right away. She is amazing!

Great short weekend

Jackie was great! From the day of booking to the day after departure she was quick to drop a text and check in and give all necessary information needed making our stay absolutely picture perfect. Would absolutely stay again!
