This property is wonderful. Clean, spacious, well designed, with lots of great perks. Since I was working remotely part of the time, the big kitchen table and comfortable bar stool chairs were a big plus for me. There's a lovely green backyard with a fire pit and all the furniture, furnishings, and appliances were perfect. The property manager was always available. Really nice quiet neighborhood. For hikers, it's also a dream. It's 10 minutes to the nearest trail in the Sandia foothills, and there are dozens of trails within 20-40 minutes. Highly recommend!!

This cute little house was perfect for a short family stay. It was sparkling clean, the linens were upgraded, and the furniture in the living room was great for family conversations and movie-watching. The backyard is large and enclosed, with ample grass for playtime with the dog.There is no washer/dryer, so a short stay is warranted, but the kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking. We have stayed here before on family visits to Albuquerque and consider it our "go-to" place.

Convenient, clean lodging close to Interstate 40

This property was perfect for me, my adult daughter and 9-year-old granddaughter plus dog. It was very clean, homey, well-appointed with everything we needed. The house is modest, on a quiet, safe street, close to grocery, restaurants, and other conveniences. The backyard was large with lawn and a very nice covered patio. I highly recommend for a small family or 2-3 friends. The host was very responsive.

Great modern little house

The unit looks to have been remodeled and includes many modern furnishings. It was immaculate and smartly decorated. I loved the huge backyard, which had grass for our pups and was escape-proof. The BBQ was in perfect working order. There was a fun outdoor area with lighting and a fire pit with plenty of firewood for an ideal family evening. The backyard was very private.The unit lacked some basic essential amenities, such as steak knives. A tray of ice cubes would have been nice for a cocktail after that day's long trip. Only one very small kitchen towel was provided. I could not find any wine glasses. The single-serving Keurig coffee maker and the coffee pods that were provided were not adequate for a couple who likes a lot of coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was high density with a mixture of well-kept owner-occupied homes and others that were rentals that lacked care.
