I had a wonderful stay at this location! The owners are helpful and responsive-including when my smoke detector went off in the middle of the night-they repaired it. There was no fire-just an old battery.The area was nice as it was close to my family and shops/restaurants. Within 1.5 miles.The most terrific thing; CLEAN! Very clean and has all necessary basics for a stay. Including shampoo, conditioner and soap.I honestly do not have any critiques. Thank you for a welcoming stay.

Rio rancho stay

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the little time we were there. We were at a powerlifting meet all day. It is a very nice place and we felt very safe (not always the case in Albuquerque)! Great communication with Ron! The location was very close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Ron was extremely diligent. The air had been worked on and the breaker was thrown so the first night we didn’t have electricity in part of the house. As soon as I text Ron about it he got right in it and it was fixed before we got back from our outing. The electricity was the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. We had a wonderful stay otherwise.

Great place to stay in Albuquerque

Nice location close to trails looking over the mountains. We brought my dogs and enjoyed walking them along the trails, Ron also provided a dog bed for them! Would definitely stay again next time we are in Albuquerque.

The only suggestion is they need a few more spoons as there were only 2 plus larger soup spoons. Other than that our stay was fine and is good proximity of where we were going while in the area.

Exceptional value and stay

These days it's hard to find good value for your money. Everyone thinks they can give you a canvas tent and charge 250 a night for "rustic charm" plus a cleaning and host fee. Unbelievable. However we were extremely please to find this gem of a stay. Very clean, well appointed and all the conveniences you would expect from a 4 star hotel or more! And the price could not be beat. Great communication from the hosts. Will be booking again. Thanks!

Friendly interaction with host from day of booking. This was our first time in a host’s property. We were apprehensive, but, all turned out very well. Property was as we’d hoped and expected, even though we got in late and left early the next morning. Best sleep of the vacation, this far. Only suggestion would be to orient the guest to the TV channels and operation of the TV. Ron said he would have helped if I would have inquired, even after 9 pm. Nice park close by for dog to romp in. Really lovely stay. Thanks to Ron, Pilar, and Kevin.
