▫️ *To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:*
• Families & couples only
• No parties, pets, or indoor smoking
• For Arab passport holders, couples are required to present a valid official marriage certificate upon check-in
• Visitors of the opposite sex are not permitted unless they are first-degree relatives
• Please respect your neighbors and keep noise levels low between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM

▫️ *Gate Access & Compound Regulations*
North Coast compounds (Marassi, Hacienda Bay, Hacienda White, Seashell, Playa, and others) require strict gate-access procedures. As required by compound regulations, guest ID copies must be shared at the time of booking (or at least 48 hours before arrival) to secure entry permits for all guests and vehicles.

Guests must comply with the host compound`s internal rules at all times, including beach access, pool usage, and visitor policies.

▫️ *Security Deposit*
A refundable cash security deposit equivalent to two (2) nights is collected at check-in and returned at check-out after inspection.

▫️ *Housekeeping*
• Complimentary weekly housekeeping is provided
• Daily housekeeping available on request for $20/day

▫️ *Check-in & Check-out*
• Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Check-out: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

▫️ *Late Check-out (subject to availability)*
• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM → 25% of daily rate
• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM → 50% of daily rate
• After 6:00 PM → 100% of daily rate (full night)

▫️ *Cancellation Policy*
We understand plans can change:
• Full refund: cancellations within 24 hours of booking
• 50% refund: cancellations up to 15 days before arrival
• No refund: cancellations within 15 days of arrival
• Bookings during public holidays and peak periods (Eid, summer high season) are non-refundable

‎كمبوندات الساحل الشمالي (مراصي، هاسيندا باي، هاسيندا وايت، سي شل، بلايا، وغيرها) لديها إجراءات صارمة لدخول البوابات. وفقاً للوائح الداخلية، يجب إرسال صور بطاقات الهوية لجميع الضيوف عند الحجز (أو قبل الوصول بـ 48 ساعة على الأقل) لاستخراج تصاريح الدخول للأفراد والسيارات.

‎يلتزم الضيوف بلوائح الكمبوند الداخلية في جميع الأوقات، بما في ذلك استخدام الشاطئ وحمّامات السباحة وسياسات الزوّار.

‎• تسجيل المغادرة: 8:00 ص – 11:00 ص

‎▫️ *المغادرة المتأخرة (حسب التوافر)*
‎• 11:00 ص – 3:00 م ← 25% من سعر الليلة
‎• 3:00 م – 6:00 م ← 50% من سعر الليلة
‎• بعد 6:00 م ← 100% من سعر الليلة (ليلة كاملة)

‎▫️ *سياسة الإلغاء*
‎نتفهّم أن الخطط قد تتغيّر:
‎• استرداد كامل: الإلغاء خلال 24 ساعة من الحجز
‎• استرداد 50%: الإلغاء قبل الوصول بـ 15 يوماً على الأقل
‎• لا يوجد استرداد: الإلغاء خلال 15 يوماً من تاريخ الوصول
‎• الحجوزات خلال العطلات الرسمية وفترات الذروة (العيد، ذروة فصل الصيف) غير قابلة للاسترداد
