Casa Jp is a 185m2 cabin, 2 floors, 1 suite with hydro and 2 more bedrooms, located in the countryside of Alfredo Wagner/Sc. The visual of the European Valley and the mountain climate form the perfect scenery to relax, have inspiring ideas, and connect with nature.

You will have silence, privacy, comfort, fresh air, and all the beauty of the countryside. The night sky is almost always starry and great for astronomical observation.

Casa Jp accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, but we also rent to smaller groups or couples only. So we have created a proportional rate - the base rate is up to 2 people +for extra guests each night. In other words, you will see a difference in value when including more than 2 people.

1. We provide clean sheets and towels for the number of guests informed in the reservation.

2. Pets are allowed, upon payment of an extra fee of R$ 80 (each), during the entire period of stay. If you do not inform us of your pet's check-in at the time of booking, the charge will be made as an extra expense.

Guests will have access to kitchen and utensils, bathrooms with hot water, TV room, library, workstation, large decks overlooking the European Valley and the lagoon.

The route between the Br-282 highway and the property is 6 km, on which you will find a sample of the magic of the Valley - the Hydrangeas Trail, the Archaeology Museum, and the Poço Certo Grotto. The region is inhabited by about 20 cottages within a radius of 2 km, where everyone knows each other and exchange experiences.

If you come to Alfredo Wagner to do the classic Soldado Sebold trail, the parking lot/start of the trail is 25 km from Casa Jp.

Ps: be prepared to go 800 m down/up the mountain to have this view out the window - the house is literally in the middle of the European Valley. 4x4 recommended for rainy days and/or for inexperienced drivers on mountainous roads (see a video of this route on Igtv: @casajotape ).

We have no public transportation, nor Uber in this area. It is possible to find cab services leaving from the bus station of Alfredo Wagner/Sc for approximately R$for stay here.
