Gite Le Moutat-La Cave with Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Our old stone house is set in a lush, peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation. Nearby, you’ll find the Dronne river, ideal for fishing, the Grand Etang de La Jemaye, the Romanesque churches of Ribéracois, the village of Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, Brantôme, Bourdeilles, and the Villars caves. We’re also close to Charente and its many castles, including Montmoreau and Magnac la Valette with the Château de la Mercerie, known as the "Little Versailles."



Just 500 m from the gite, enjoy a picnic area by the Dronne, shared with other gites. For relaxation, a shared spa is also available.



The single-storey, detached house is part of a former farm. The spacious living/dining room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and espresso machine. The living area features a wood-burning stove. A hallway leads to two bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed, the other with a 160x200 bed and a separate area with a 90x190 bed. Bed linen and towels are included. There’s a shower room with washing machine and a separate toilet. The garden has outdoor furniture and children’s play equipment (swing, slide). Electric heating, garage, fenced grounds. Table tennis, foosball, and spa are shared with other gites. Baby equipment: crib, high chair, baby bath, booster seat. Shared Wi-Fi internet with other gites.



The jacuzzi is available on request. Firewood for the stove, spa access, and electric vehicle charging at the special outlet are available for an extra charge.
