For the price, this hotel was a great value. Everything was clean, the facilities were well maintained, and it had good amenities. Perfect for a comfortable stay without spending too much. Highly recommended!

Front desk had trouble finding my reservation even though I did their precheck-in on line. Hotel provides towels for the pool. I requested more pool towels at the front desk. I told them there would be a big group at the pool. When they brought the towels they only brought five and there was at least 20 people at the pool. They never brought more towels.

The staff were not friendly at all. I was given a key to a room which didnt work. I had to go back to the reception area. I was provided with another room when I opened the door there was a man in the room ... I was like what the heck is this... had to go back to the reception area it was just a nightmare 😫 never again...

We checked in on a warm day and noticed the AC/thermostat wasn’t working. It was a whole ordeal trying to get them to fix it. It took an hour for maintenance to get there and it was difficult to communicate with the gentleman because he only spoke Spanish. I used basic conversational Spanish to realize he didn’t know what was wrong, and that we should wait an hour to see if it started working. The temp in the room got up to 85 degrees. We asked the front desk to change rooms, which they accommodated. But then we had to pack up all of our stuff again (not fun with 2 young kids) and move it upstairs then unpack. So that ordeal took about 2-3 hours out of our vacation. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest and had hairs on the floor and shower. On a positive note, the pool was nice and clean. And the attached restaurant was convenient, although I’ll mention it’s more of a nightclub/bar and not kid-friendly. But there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Just know it’s right across from the airport, so it’s noisy, but convenient if you’re using it for that reason.
