The Apartment

The bedroom is anchored by a queen-size bed with a walk-in closet and bedside tables — a proper sleeping setup, not an afterthought. The dedicated desk area with WiFi keeps remote work and studying functional, and the TV handles evenings when you'd rather not go anywhere. The layout is efficient without feeling cramped, and the private bathroom keeps everything self-contained.

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — electric stovetop and oven, microwave, and refrigerator cover everything from a simple breakfast to a meal you actually planned. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy and keep your packing light. High-speed WiFi is included throughout.

Outside

A private outdoor area off the apartment gives you a small deck and seating — the right setup for morning coffee, an afternoon book, or just a few minutes of fresh air before heading back out. It's a quiet spot in a quiet neighborhood.

The Property

This is the side apartment (east unit) of a residential property. The main house is a separate, independent unit with no shared interior access. Exterior security cameras are present on the property facing outward. Free parking is available on the premises.

Please note: the property features mature fruit trees in the yard. **The fruit trees are strictly off limits — picking or consuming fruit from the trees is not permitted.**
