Self Check-In: Access codes are emailed to the reservation holder within 48 hours of arrival. Complete your guest check-in form and provide your email and phone number.

Directions and Check-In Instructions: Physical addresses are provided after booking and confirmation. Check-in instructions are sent 2 days before arrival, or immediately if booked within 24 hours of check-in.

Digital Guestbook: Directions, check-in instructions, and other info are in the digital guestbook. The link is emailed after booking and check-in form completion, and also sent via SMS before arrival.

Accessing the House: The driveway is gravel with a slight decline, then level. There is one step up to the front porch. The primary suite is on the main level; other bedrooms are upstairs. Guests can use the entire home except locked areas for owners. The garage is accessible from inside the house only; no remotes provided.

Club Amenities: ALG&CC, Outlaw CC, and Kokopelli amenities are for property owners only.

Driving access is generally easy to moderate and all roads in the Country Club are paved. Some areas around Ruidoso and Alto are hilly to mountainous but generally easy to get around year round. During winter months, guests are encouraged to have access to 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in the event of a major winter weather event. For extended stays, travel insurance is always recommended.

Welcome to Out of Bounds Retreat. We kindly ask that all guests review and respect the following house rules to ensure a comfortable stay and to remain in good standing with the Alto Lakes community.

OCCUPANY & CONDUCT
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
- No parties, events, or gatherings
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please be mindful that sound carries through the canyon. Outdoor noise, music, and conversations must be kept at a respectful level at all times
- Children must NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED
- This home is located within Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club and is subject to all community rules and covenants

COMMUNITY & HOA REQUIREMENTS
- No trailers, RVs, or campers permitted
- Access to Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club amenities is reserved for property owners only and is not available to guests
- Guests must comply with all community standards throughout their stay

PETS & SMOKING
- NO PETS PERMITTED
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Outdoors is permitted but may be subject to Fire Danger Restrictions. -NEVER toss cigarettes or cigars on the grounds or off the back deck!

HOME CARE
- Please no food or colored beverages in bedrooms to protect linens
- Do not move furniture
- Fireplaces and grills must be used responsibly.

TRASH
- Trash must not be left outdoors at any time
IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests and residents must dispose of all trash and take to the Alto Lakes Sanitation Station, located at 1221 High Mesa, across from the Kokopelli Country Club, prior to departure. Please review the check out instructions for additional information.

Failure to follow house rules or community requirements may result in additional fees or removal from the property without refund.
