Lovingly named after a nearby field Whitedown is a one bedroom self-contained cottage in Newton Valence, Hampshire close to farmland and fields and the beautiful South Downs National Park, among a cluster of cosy, purpose built holiday cottages on the Inadown Estate.

The ground floor is open plan to the lounge, dining area and kitchen with large sliding doors leading out to the shared external patio area.

On the first floor you have the bedroom with a superior quality king size zip and link bed (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), plus an en-suite bathroom.

This cottage can also possibly be rented together with it's adjoining cottage, Pleasure Row, accessed through inter-connecting fire doors to create a larger 4 bedroom cottage, sleeping up to 8 – please contact us to book this configuration

This property is pet friendly (additional charges apply) for up to 2 well behaved small to medium sized four legged friends and comes with complimentary super-fast fibre broadband Wi-Fi at 300 mbps for your work or social needs, complete with all essential mod cons for self catering.

Child cots and highchairs are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).

In addition to the rental cost we do take a £250 refundable damages deposit, which is fully refundable within 7 working days of your departure, obviously subject to no significant damages or excessive cleaning.

Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.
