We informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving at 2:00 AM. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a broken air conditioning unit, and the room was extremely hot. We requested maintenance, and although someone came to check, he was very rude. When we asked for a different room, we were told there were no others available. Instead, they brought us a fan that was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. After my husband complained again, we were finally moved to a new room.

The property looks descent from the outside and lobby looks nice. However, the linen looks old and dingy. The room smelled like a gym locker room and there was no hot water. I do like that you can walk to the airport.

Just recently stay there for a trip to Michoacán it’s very convenient if your traveling for just a couple days and it’s like 5 min walk from the airport.
