The space
The villa boasts high ceilings and an open-concept living room and kitchen, creating a refreshing space where you can enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of nature. Designed in a modern tropical style, the villa is surrounded by lush tropical plants, enhancing its serene and picturesque environment.

Our villa offers two air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with two queen-sized beds that can accommodate up to four guests per room (with a total of 8 guests for the 2 rooms).

We can also provide up to two additional single mattresses per room, allowing us to accommodate a maximum of 12 people. Please note that additional guests will be charged 500 per person.

Children aged 3 and below are exempt from the headcount and associated charges if they share a bed with a parent or guardian.

Other things to note
➤ Please note that our base price covers up to 8 guests. For each additional guest beyond the initial 8, there is an extra charge of 500 PHP per person, which includes a single mattress with bedding and a towel. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.

➤ We are not a hotel or resort, so we kindly ask that you maintain cleanliness during your stay. This includes washing your dishes and tidying up any areas you use.

➤ We only allow one group at a time. The place is not shared with other groups. You will have exclusive access. We have stay-in caretakers but they have their detached areas.

➤ We recommend bringing insect/mosquito repellent, as these insects are particularly active between 5-6 PM.

➤ Children must be supervised by accompanying adults at all times, especially in and around the pool area.

➤ Please keep noise to a minimum and avoid shouting. The pool pump and lights will be turned off at 9:30 PM, and the karaoke will end at 10 PM. Please respect quiet hours.

We typically visit the property weekly, and if we are there during your stay, we will be more than happy to assist you with any needs or questions.

In our absence, our dedicated in-house caretaker will be readily available to help with anything you require.
