The bay on the north side of the home is ideal for windsurfing and digging clams for your summer BBQ. Stroll to the infamous Lobster Bar aka Lunch and Clam Bar within walking distance on the Napeague strip. Night life is just a five minute drive in either direction - take your pick between Amagansett and Montauk.

Bedrooms have sliding door access leading to outdoor space for additional entry/exit privacy. Upstairs bedroom has ocean views and access to top deck.
