Fantastic location, just steps from the bus and ferry terminal. The view from the room was perfect, the room was spotless, breakfast was good, but the staff is what made it the best stay possible. From the candle and happy birthday greeting with my breakfast delivery to the help with the luggage from the station to the room and up and down the stairs, this stay was better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you for making this solo female traveler feel welcome and celebrated!

Hotel was beautiful, the staff were amazing!!! So very kind, treated you like family. Breakfast was included each morning for no additional fee that was nice. Great location, the only thing I wish were different is no elevator. Rogelio was amazing he helped with all our luggage up and down all the stairs during check in/check out. It’s just having to walk up 50 steps (one way) each day to leave and return was a bit tough. Especially being 5 months pregnant. Outside of that, it was amazing and we enjoyed our stay for our one year wedding anniversary! Amalfi Coast is gorgeous!

Our stay here was unforgettable and cannot recommend it enough. Very friendly staff, very comfortable and clean room, breakfast was delicious with sooo many options, the view was insane. I can go on! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they upgraded us to a suite which was such a nice surprise and we really appreciated. They also gave complimentary limoncello spritz (other options too!). Our room had a deck with a jacuzzi with the perfect view of the coast. We spent so much time there relaxing and enjoying the view. Truly a pefect stay.

A beautiful location, great staff and the best time. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The staff really went above and beyond for their guests and we are so appreciative. Very clean, soft linens, excellent breakfast in the AM (brought to your room at your chosen time). Will recommend to others traveling in the area for sure.

Darn near a perfect stay. Superior location and excellent staff. The ladies did a great job of greeting us and putting us at ease while the gentlemen worked hard to bring us our breakfast and haul our luggage up and down for us. Breakfast was good and we were thrilled to eat in our room.

Premium location with ultimate customer service. Steps from the port and across the street and one small alley to main square. We so appreciated Angelo’s help with the luggage, and Maria and Ileana for everything else. Breakfast is served on a tray in your room, so decadent and romantic:). Our room had a huge terrace and a hot tub. Just a note— Rooms are up 4 steep flights of stairs. Baggage help is great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay on the Amalfi Coast! ! Our stay at Palazzo Vitagliano was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality by Ilenia and Angelo that instantly made us feel at home. Them two, along Maria, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—offering helpful tips about local restaurants, buses, and hidden spots along the coast. Ilenia even found us a last minute private boat sunset tour that was unforgettable. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the Amalfi sea beyond. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the small touches—like complimentary prosseco at out arrival and a free room upgrade with a hot tub showed real care for guests’ comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Each morning, Pina and Angelo offered us freshly baked pastries, local fruit, and strong Italian coffee on the terrace overlooking the coast delivered to our room-an unforgettable way to start the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to ferry terminal and Amalfi’s main square, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Everything about our experience was effortless and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, charming, and comfortable base for exploring the Amalfi Coast.

Maria and the staff were exceptional during our stay! Upon arrival we were met at the port which is right outside the property and were assisted with our bags up to the property. The breakfast was exceptional. The honesty bar was a nice touch. The staff assisted us numerous times throughout our stay and even recommended some restaurants in the area! Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Amalfi coast.

Great location in the centre of Town, so buses and Ferries were easy to get around the beautiful coast line. All the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us and helped with suggestions for days out. Room was great with fantastic view and very clean. Breakfast and ‘honesty’ bar were also great additions. Would certainly recommend and love to go back !
