Tule lomalle tällä rauhallisella maaseudulla lähellä Hocking Hillsia. Sunset-huoneisto sijaitsee latoissamme oikealla. Siinä on 2 makuuhuonetta toisessa kerroksessa, toisessa queen-vuode ja toisessa täysi sänky. Voit asettaa yhden seisova pinnasängyn yhdelle ylimääräiselle henkilölle. Siinä on 1 kylpyhuone, jossa laatta-suihku, täysin kalustettu keittiö, pöytä ja 4 tuolia, baari, 2 tuolia, oleskelutila, jossa 1 rakkauspaikka, TV-näyttö (TV-kanavia ei ole käytettävissä), Samsung DVD-soitin, jossa on sisäänrakennetut sovellukset , rajoittamaton WiFi ((4G LTE toisinaan, hidastaa 600 kt: iin). Sijaitsemme 45 minuuttia kaakkoon Columbuksesta, 15 minuutin päässä Circlevillen Pumpkin Show -kodista, 25 minuutin päässä Tecumsehista (ulkodraama) ja 15-20 minuutin päässä Rock Housesta, joka on yksi Old Mansin luolan nähtävyyksistä. Tarltonin pikkukaupungissa on vain muutaman minuutin päässä täältä polttoaineella varustettu IGA, Dollar General ja muutama pieni ruokasali. Ja paljon muuta, jotta pysyt kiireisenä useita päiviä. Peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Appartment. The beautiful and quiet location had everything we needed. And the place and vast grounds are spotlessly clean. We came to hike and unplug so the lack of cell service and internet wasn’t a big deal. Great memories were made on our mini spring break

Another great stay

This is our second time staying in this apartment. We love it. Clean and cozy, and a perfect location. We will stay again!Our only issue was that the mobile reception is non-existent (T-Mobile) and the wifi was set up strangely and therefore impractically slow. I don't remember this from last time.

Excellent Hosts with a Beautiful Property

Our experience in the Sunset Apartment was wonderful. Communication with our hosts was wonderful, and they graciously allowed us to use their fire pit as well. They have a beautiful property and if you get the opportunity to stay in one of their rentals, we highly recommend it!

October Stay

The property itself is very nice. It is about 20-25 minutes to hocking hills. We loved the animals and apartment. The internet/wifi is non existent but we didn’t mind. Wish we had packed some heavier bedding. Would stay again.

A Gem In The Country

Our Hosts Norma and Phil did a fantastic job communicating all important details and were available if anything was needed. The property was beautiful. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing, as was the fresh country air. The property has lots of room to walk and take in the beauty of the cows, ponies and Snowball the friendly cat. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The property is real close to a couple of local diners and a watering hole. We intent to come back soon.

Lovely Hocking hills accommodations

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary. The property was absolutely beautiful, the apartment immaculately clean! As mentioned in the listing you likely won't have service,we did have a little bit outside. There are mini horses that will come up to the fence to be petted and an adorable and sweet cat. The cows seem very interested though. The apartment was no e and quiet and very clean. We didn't care for the beds as we prefer soft beds and the beds were both quite firm. There are also no windows in the bedrooms which I found odd but nice and dark for sleeping. Overall the apartment was a great spot and fairly close to Hocking hills attractions.

Family fun weekend

The family is very friendly and allowed us to swim in their pool after hiking. It was a refreshing cool down. We enjoyed seeing the ponies, cows, and the kitty cat. In the evening we returned to make supper and play some games together. This was a nice change of pace for our girls getaway weekend.

very nice beautiful setting.... but....

This rental is very small. There is only a couch and a small dining table, but you would have to move the table out into the room for more than 2 people, taking up space. The shower is quite small, and dark -rainshower is not practical for rinsing shampoo out of thick hair. The beds were comfortable, but there are no windows, so it has a cave-like feeling. There is no central AC & there is only one wall unit in the upstairs landing, vented through the garage -I wondered about the air quality it was putting out. It was 88-94F while we were here so the AC unit had a hard time keeping up. The stairs are VERY STEEP. I almost fell down a couple of times, especially in the night since the bathroom is on the first floor. We have stairs in our house, but these are dangerous. Rubber treads on the wood steps might be a good idea. There is NO INTERNET or cell phone service; no TV. We got one phone to work for about 20 seconds, standing next to the refrigerator. Go to any town or tourist area with wifi. Overall this rental was very reasonably priced for the area, but you are 30-45 minutes away from everything you want to do such as all hiking trails and the State Park. We may not ever be in this area again, but we wouldn’t choose this rental, even for the price. The steep stairs and the lack of internet and cell service are a deal breaker. We are older (in our 70s) and need to be in touch with the outside world in case of trouble or emergency.

Girl's weekend

Such a nice, quiet get away for my oldest daughter and myself. Nothing but crickets chirping and millions of stars at night, beautiful song birds and a friendly cat in the mornings. We enjoyed walking with the horses and cows in the pasture. We will definitely stay here again.

Norma and Phil have a beautiful property. It is in drivable proximity of everything we wanted to explore. The place is well kept and clean! One downfall is wifi and phone data are almost non existant, so plan ahead for no way to communicate. But yes we would stay again!

This place is spectacular. Peaceful and quiet. The hosts are available but give you your space and privacy. The farm animals are sweet and Snowball the greeter cat is the best. She had breakfast with us every morning and gave us a great tour of the grounds. At night it is quiet and the fireflies entertained us after full days of intense hiking. The location is a bit remote but perfect if you are not looking for city life. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away!

Nice Clean Apartment

It was just what we needed for time away from the stresses of life. The rooms were clean. The window unit kept us cool, even though it was 95* outside. The only downside was the bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. Even though we are on the owners property it was very private. They kept to themselves.

Spectacular property

The setting is like a postcard, so peaceful and serene. Phil and Norma are beyond friendly and helpful. Excellent communication with them. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculately cleaned. Close enough to Hocking Hills for us, but away from the crowds. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we are back this way in the future.
