This was definitely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I first checked in, they didn’t even check my ID to make sure I was the person that reserved the room. Then the first room I had was dirty, hadn’t been vacuumed, hand prints everywhere, stains throughout. They switched my room, the cleanliness was below average on the new room. Then later on at night when I went to take a shower there was no hot water. When I told the front desk, they told me they had no other rooms for me to switch to. I asked the worker if this is something that happens often, they told me YES! How are you continuing to book rooms knowing you don’t even have running hot water. When prompted if I could talk to a manager, I was told I could talk to the manager in the morning. The next morning, you guessed it, NO manager. At checkout I was told to call on Monday to talk to the manager when I called on Monday, no one answered had to try three times to reach someone. The manager then told me that she could refund me half of my fee, but I would have to contact the third-party Booking agency that I booked through and they would have to call the hotel for her to approve it. I did that and when the booking company tried to reach out to the hotel, the hotel didn’t answer. Still haven’t answer hotel phone, they have done nothing but give me the run around! My family had to shower in freezing cold water. Worst Hotel ever! DO NOT BOOK HERE!
