We stayed here over night on our way to Colorado Springs. It was a beautiful hotel with great staff and service. The room and lobby were not very clean and updated. It was a great place to rest for the night!

Nice new hotel with clean rooms. Walls are paper thin and you will hear your neighbors open and close their doors as they are extremely loud.

Hall signage gives arrow to room 205 in wrong direction. I guess it would take too much effort to tape a temporary/handmade correction while you wait for correct permanent replacement. Our room wreaked of mens cologne upon arrival. We told woman at the desk & all she did was apologize. No suggestion of moving rooms. We turned on furnace & left for dinner. Room was better upon second entry. Carpet had stains. Found handprints on doors & cup rings on nightstands. Bed creaked & decor reminded us of Kinder Care. Either use of harsh detergent on bedding is used or sheets are high poly blend as they were rough on my skin. Not comfortable at all. Elevators were dirty. Dirty floors & hand prints all over. Partially dead plant at entry. There’s a multitude of hotel choices in the area. We’ll be checking this one off our list.

No coffee makers in the room and coffee in the lobby was only semi warm. It would be helpful to have signs in the rooms to look for a thermostat to control the temperature.
