On the ground floor, the living room, dining area, and kitchen are welcoming spaces for everyone to gather. The living room features a cozy atmosphere with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, a dining area suited for large groups, and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island.
Next to the kitchen, a family bedroom on the ground floor sleeps up to three people (1 double bed and 1 single bed), with access to a bathroom with shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet.
Two double bedrooms—one with two single beds (90x200) that can be combined into a king-size bed (180x200) and independent garden access, the other with a double bed (160x200)—share a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom (with bathtub and separate toilet) offer a warm, elegant setting.
The house and garden are entirely at your disposal.
You can also enjoy the estate’s trails and facilities, including the heated pool from May to September (a few minutes’ walk away, shared with other houses) and the beautiful lakeside Guinguette.
Many sports and water activities are available on site (on request and subject to availability, for an extra charge): cycling, 3D archery, paddleboarding, canoeing, boating, fishing initiation, wine tasting, wellness treatments, and more!
