The stone-built terrace holiday home offers all the home comforts one comes to expect. It comprises a lovely living room with a decorative feature fireplace, a kitchen and a utility room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms plus the family bathroom upstairs.

This property is ideal for families looking for a central base from which to explore the wider Lake District National Park. After a day out exploring, relax in the wildflower garden with a bottle of wine or a couple of beers.

Ambleside is well-known for its great choice of eateries ranging from classic pubs to the award-winning Old Stamp House Restaurant. However, if you don't fancy eating out, the kitchen is well-equipped to prepare hearty meals.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a view over the front garden, and the second bedroom with bunk beds best suited for children. The family bathroom doesn't have a bath but has a great shower, toilet, and basin.

- Private off-street parking for one car. Additional street parking on a first-come, first-serve basis.

- Short breaks are available throughout the year. Low & mid-season allows any-day arrivals; peak season is limited to Monday & Friday changeovers.
- Electric Vehicle Charging is not permitted.
- Smoking and Vaping are not permitted inside the property.
- Due to the steep internal stairs, this property may be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility or young children.
