The room was nice. The towels and washcloths were well used with no nap left on them. The lobby was VERY COLD temperature wise. The staff actually had coats on when we checked in and also when we got back to hotel later in the evening.

Housekeeping started cleaning and vacuuming the room next door before 8am on a Saturday! Breakfast was cleaned up and all the lights off by 9am on Saturday- I’d expect breakfast to be open later than that on the weekends.

Didn’t use the amenities but parking was good, staff was friendly, but my TV didn’t work at all. Remote wouldn’t shut it off at all and it wouldn’t connect to Dish like it claimed. Had to unplug the TV to get it to shut off so I could sleep. Otherwise it was an okay stay for an overnight.

First, there is no elevator in the building, which made it difficult to manage my luggage, especially since I was on an upper floor. This was quite inconvenient and something travelers with heavy bags or mobility issues should be aware of. Additionally, the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the room were only half full, which felt unhygienic and gave the impression that the room hadn’t been thoroughly prepared for new guests
