I liked the security card which was needed to have access to the ground floor elevator - to request it. The fact after you were on floor 2 and above, no card needed. Felt very safe. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. A groundskeeper stopped his work to show me the way to the pool. A maid showed me where to find extra blankets inside the sofa. All very helpful and kind. Liked the barn door separating the sitting area from the bedroom portion. Like the breakfast selection. Did not like the QR Code knowledge needed to have access to room and property info. I enjoy printed material I like "bar" soap. Gel is hard for me to personally work with

Friendly staff very loud.

The property was told to us by a friend and was not quite up to what we are used to. There was pool noise till past 10 and people running up and down the corridors to very late. There were also teenagers milling around the parking lot looking into cars. At times I almost felt my safety was a question. In short the property was very loud and not very relaxing.

There were 2 rooms with very little furniture. No chair. A “desk” and sofa in the first room with no tv, the bedroom had a refrig on the floor with a micro on top of it and a tv. The rooms were clean

At first I was skeptical about staying here because of the price as it was way cheaper than the hotels around the area. Alex at Front desk was really nice. I was really happy i was able to check in early as I was there for an event and needed to get ready. Our room was really clean, bed was comfortable, and ac cold. Breakfast was decent enough for the price. We did not visit pool. We will stay here again.

Breakfast was plain no bacon as advertised in hotel.com also deposit was not in description on hotel.com eggs had no flavor and offered no bacon as discribed man in hot tub was rude called my kids Mexican while opening the door because they forgot there keys to pool room was very nice looking overall
