Cold shower for full price!

Room conditions are wearing down. Our shower valve rotated in a 360. The broiler was out for hours; no hot water. Front desk had no urgency or concern. Had to walk the maintenance man through fixing the handle and asking him to check the water heater broilers .

Great service and close to Disney!

This is my second stay here. I picked this hotel again because of how close it was to Disneyland, how clean it was and how great the staff and the service was the first time around. Our second stay was equally great! The only thing that was different was the fact that we had to stay on the older side of the hotel, so the room was a little bit rundown, and didn’t have the nicer upgrades as the previous room, but it was still a great experience.

Poor customer service

Upon our arrival we felt welcomed with our check in greeting and assistance. Although, the hotel is under construction it remained quiet and clean. Unfortunately, I do have to give this hotel a one star for overall and service because of the lack in customer service from the front desk when we experienced cold water when showering in the morning. I am not expecting a discount nor anything else in return but what bothers me the most was the staff did not immediately give their guests a notice of the broiler shut off and front desk lied when contacted, she was not honest with me. We were told it was being worked on and then that it was fixed. She told me to continue checking the water temp because it should become hot soon and it never did. At check out the same front desk person gave us the same excuse again broiler was out but that is was fixed when I informed her it was not after showering with cold water and she went on to ignore my comment. Front desk handled the situation poorly.

Great hotel!

We had a wonderful experience since when we arrived before check in. The staff at the counter were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. We felt very safe. This has been the safest and cleanest hotel we have stayed at when we go to Disneyland. Will be staying there again!

Room was clean. Toilet made a super loud noise every time we would flush it though. The big lamp in the room didn’t work at all. Could’ve been the bulbs or the plug that didn’t work. Lots of remodeling going on so we couldn’t walk to the other building through the lobby. Walking around the hotel wasn’t terrible though. The sliding door on the building we were in didn’t work due to construction so going in and out of the building would be tough if you don’t have anyone to hold the door for a stroller or wheelchair to get in/out of the building.
