Good, but not excellent!

Overall we had a good stay. The only knock was the $35 parking charge. We've stayed at many hotels around Disneyland and this was by far one of the most expensive parking charges. Also, we were not informed by the front desk staff that the underground parking area was closer to the elevator and more convenient to unload our luggage. We only noticed that after we returned from Disneyland on our 2nd day to a full outside parking lot and had to park in the underground parking lot. We parked across from the elevator and took the elevator straight up to the 4th floor where our room was located. Wish we would've known that when we arrived.

We caught an early flight and were hours before check-in, but the front desk people were great and stored our luggage and even text us when our room was ready. Hotel was clean and felt very safe for two women traveling alone.

The hotel is clean, reliable and it's staff members are very nice. I am not giving them 5 stars since the options for breakfast are very poor, expensive and not that good. The beds are not that comfortable, as you can hear all the springs squeak when someone moves.

Great stay overall, convenient

From check in to check out the front desk staff were great. I asked for a late checkout and was given a 12p checkout but the housekeepers kept knocking every 15 mins. Granted, I understand they need to clean, but it started to get a bit excessive. The parking was nice. I would choose the underground garage, just more convenient! Overall, great stay and I will be back!

A great location for a visit to Disneyland. 15 minutes walk to the entrance. Staff efficient but not overly friendly. Having driven to the hotel I felt the parking charge of $35 per day was excessive.

Great property within walking distance of Disney—it would be a decent walk but definitely not a long walk. Uber/lyft is like $6. Garden Walk is across the street; super convenient to the freeway. My only criticism is the ac has a musty smell when you first cut it on. The furnishings are dated and need to be replaced but they are clean. It’s surprising considering the lobby looks so upscale; the rooms should reflect the lobby. Another thing is they charge a $200 security deposit which seems excessive for the price point of the property; they charge your card for food and parking separate from the deposit, which I also found to be a bit weird bc that’s the whole point of a deposit—to cover the incidentals, so they charged $300 upon check in ($200 deposit +$100 for parking), on top of the money I’d already spent booking the hotel. I know the money will come back after check out but that’s $200 you’re not going to see for about a week after your vacation is over. Anyway, despite that, it’s a safe, clean property with a nice big pool my daughter loved swimming in.
