We offer first-come, first-serve FREE parking behind the building with 6 designated spaces available to our guests. While we do our best to accommodate, please note that these spots are not reserved and availability is not guaranteed.
Each reservation is allowed one vehicle per stay, and we kindly ask guests to provide their license plate number at check-in for security and property access purposes.
This location leaves lots to walk around and see, so a car is not needed.

We are available for you 24/7 via call, text, or chat shall you need anything. We are all life long Alaskans and love talking about Alaska, Anchorage, things to do, dining options, etc - feel free to send us questions or ask for recommendations.
We are also available before your arrival if you have any requests in advance.

All bookings will have a $300 incidentals, damage hold that will be released 48 hours after the reservation.

We do not refund any Credit Card Processing Fees associated with the reservation
- Guests must provide Government ID prior to finalIzing reservation.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises.
- If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs.
- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.

-No Pets allowed
- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.

Lost TV Remote = $50
Smoking of ANY kind = $500
Unapproved late check out = every 30 mins after 11 am AKST is an additional $75
Non-disclosed overnight guest = $50 per night per person
