Good location but not much to do in the area. Outstanding dinner at 49th state brewery. Great beer selection. Got some to go. Hotel personnel are unfriendly and not helpful. Front desk said i got 2 rooms for one noght and since it was done thru expedia i would have to deal with them. Expedia said i only ordered 1 room. The front desk person was wrong and made me worry. Not happy again with the hotel staff. Room though was adequate.

The property is in an extremely convenient location! All shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. There is even a very nice walking trail that’s not too far of a walk. Anchorage has a pretty active homeless population so that would be my only complaint; however, it is not the hotels fault.

The rooms were clean, there was no cleaning of rooms for our multiple day stay. We had requested a king room, it was not clean so ended up with two queens. The free breakfast opened at 7 am. There were pastries and breads, which was gone in a short time. Coffee ran out quickly and no further was made.

Hotel property was close enough to the airport and to restaurants, however, the parking situation left a lot to be desired. Charging $40 for such a small parking lot is outrageous with the limited parking. You’re not guaranteed to have a parking spot when you go out for dinner and come back. The hotel was clean enough however it was extremely noisy throughout the night and the continental breakfast in the morning was very poor. No coffee left by 9:00 am. The orange juice was very watered down. Most of the edible items were also gone and not replenished. Overall very disappointed.

Amazing view, could see snow clad mountains and ocean/bay from top floor room. Great breakfast, friendly staff and nice walkable location. Street parking available near hotel entrance, no free parksing at hotel. Very close to good things to do like trails and parks, close to airport
