Welcome to **Lorusso Tourist Rental**, a welcoming accommodation ideal for short stays in Andria, in the heart of Puglia.

Guests can enjoy a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, cosy rooms and modern facilities. Outside, there is also a dedicated space for relaxing.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Upon arrival, a member of our staff will be present to welcome guests and provide all the useful information needed for the stay.

The location provides easy access to the city centre and the main attractions in the surrounding area, including the extraordinary **Castel del Monte**, a symbol of Puglia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, located near the city.

Andria is a city rich in history and traditions, with a charming historic centre made up of narrow streets, squares and monuments, as well as outstanding local food products such as extra virgin olive oil and the famous local sugared almonds.

## House Rules

**Lorusso Tourist Rental** communicates the following house rules.

The rules to be observed in our apartments are those established by law and, above all, those based on common sense and mutual respect.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., unless different arrangements are required by our guests. We kindly ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time and of any delays.

Guests must provide or present a valid identification document for the identification and reporting requirements established by applicable law. Before arrival, the tenant must sign the tourist rental agreement according to the procedures communicated by the property. Signing the agreement is a necessary condition for check-in and for the delivery or activation of the access devices.

Our guests’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Guests will be provided, where applicable, with the keys and remote controls for the property or with a door access code, and they may leave and re-enter freely during their stay.

In the event of loss of the keys, guests will be required to reimburse the related costs.

Guests who, through improper use, negligence or carelessness, cause damage to the property, its equipment or any items provided for use will be charged the amounts necessary for repairs, replacements and any required cleaning.

Any confirmed theft or removal of property will be dealt with in accordance with the law.

**Lorusso Tourist Rental** is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings, except where such damage is attributable to the landlord in the cases and within the limits provided by law.

On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow the cleaning staff to carry out their work, except in the case of a late check-out previously authorised by the landlord and subject to the financial conditions agreed between the parties.

Occasional visits by guests’ friends or relatives are permitted, provided that the property manager is informed in advance. Visitors may not stay overnight in the accommodation and are not permitted to use the property on a continuous basis. All visits must comply with the condominium regulations and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.

The tenant undertakes to declare all persons staying overnight in the accommodation. Hosting unregistered persons overnight is prohibited. A violation constitutes a serious breach of contract and may result in termination of the agreement, without prejudice to any obligations, penalties or further consequences provided for by law.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in the rooms. This rule is intended to protect non-smokers and future guests, as well as to reduce the risk of fire.

The rooms and facilities are cleaned at the end of each stay and this includes tidying the beds and changing the towels.

Guests are requested to use the bathroom facilities properly and responsibly and not to throw unsuitable materials or objects into the toilet, using the appropriate waste bins instead.

Guests are also requested to switch off lights and air-conditioning units whenever leaving the apartment.

Windows must be kept closed while the heating or air-conditioning is operating, and a reasonable room temperature must be maintained.

Do not leave chargers plugged in when they are not being used.

Any damage must be reported and compensated promptly to the property manager.

Pets are not allowed.

Bachelor parties, bachelorette parties and parties or events of any kind are not permitted.

Guests may make their reservations online.

We are not responsible for any disruption caused by a total or partial interruption of services such as electricity, water, telephone service or internet connection where such interruptions are beyond our control.

A violation constitutes a serious breach of contract and may, where the relevant conditions are met, result in termination of the agreement, without prejudice to any further obligations or consequences provided for by law.
