ROSE Holidays offers you this cosy apartment on two levels with an intimate setting for a stay as a couple or with friends.

Capacity: up to 4 people.



🌟 The accommodation consists of:

• Living area in mezzanine: with double bed, sofa bed and dining table. The accommodation has neither television nor WI-FI to allow you to fully disconnect and enjoy a restful stay.

• Kitchen in split-level: microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto).

• Bathroom in split-level: small shower, sink and toilet.



🚗 Easy and paid parking on Imbach Square. (free at night).

🚗 Free parking: Rochefoucault Square (15 minutes walk from the accommodation).



📍 Location:

A neighbourhood that is both quiet and central, offering immediate proximity to public transport and green spaces.

- 5 mins from the city centre.

- 5 mins from the botanical garden.

⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
