The Lakehouse offers two Full Bathrooms while the Guesthouse provides the properties 3rd Full Bath. No fishing or sunbathing on the shared dock space. Only use the first 35' of the pier.
The shared swim area at the shared dockspace has a limit of 6 swimmers in the water at a time and the easement walkway to the pier is 6' wide.

Had a great time. Place was very nice. Only thing the one bedroom upstairs does not have a cooling vent so the room was extremely warm.
