Situated in a quiet street a level 600m walk (via Fitzroy Street) to the Worimi Conservation Lands, Birubi Point’s patrolled surf beach and Anna Bay’s brand-new skate & recreation park. Ohana is Hawaiian for family and this single level beach house certainly caters for the perfect family holiday. It is a three-minute drive to the IGA, butcher, bakery, bottle shop and Crest Birubi Beach and to Anna Bay restaurants and cafes including Rubi Blue Café Restaurant, Pasta Di Porto, Romanza Pizzeria, LJ’s Café, Anna Bay Thai, Anna Bay Tavern & Bistro

This home offers light filled interiors, open plan living with 75-inch Smart TV and seating for eight guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need or want for meal preparation including an induction cooktop, microwave, fan forced oven, fridge, bar fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a large family dining area with a table with space for everyone to gather and enjoy meals. There is ducted air conditioning throughout the entire house making your stay comfortable in all seasons.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite with a large shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom two has a queen bed, bedroom three has two king singles and bedroom four has a two single beds. The main bathroom in this home has a shower, bathtub and vanity. The internal laundry has everything including a washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Outside you have a large undercover alfresco entertaining area with a BBQ and dining setting for you to enjoy and entertain with. There is lots of grassed space for the children to run around as well as a cosy fire pit area for you to use and enjoy the outdoors.

There is off street parking on the driveway as well as street parking for your cars.

Bedmakes, linen and towels are provided for your stay.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
