DEGOUTANT DU VOL

Je ne peux comprendre que cet hôtel puisse revendiquer 3 etoiles. Le personnel de réception est déplorable j ai fait ma reservation par votre site il y a environ 1 mois. En arrivant on nous a annoncé que les trois chambres n etait pas disponibles ! Devant mon etonnement on m a informé que "l agence de voyages" nous avait retenu 2 chambre doubles et une triple mais avec un matelas par terre ! J etais outrée d abord parce que je n ai jamais fait appel à une quelconque agence et vous le savez bien et d autre part, devant ma reaction de colère la receptionniste m a menacée de tout annuler et que de toute façon ce n etait pas "son problème " !!! Le cinéma a duré une heure et lorsque nous sommes enfin arrivés dans nos chambres la saleté nous a explosé au visage. 1 serviette de toilette pas nette pour 2 ou pour 3, des wc dans un etat de crasse peu ragoutant,1 coussin pour deux parfois, qui plus jaunes de crasse avec des taches de sang, sans taie d oreiller. La totale. Jamais plus !!!! Je voudrais aussi que vous m indiquiez ce que c est cette histoire d agence de voyage ? Voilà. Pour 1 fois que j utilise votre site, je l ai bien regretté seul le repas a sauvé lun peu la chose!!

L’hôtel dans sa globalité est bien, le personnel est agréable et serviable, le service en chambre est réactif, juste attention à la localisation, l’hôtel est en ville et proche de l’hôpital donc il y a certaines nuisances.
