Unobstructed view of the castle, the old town and the mountains. 2 free car parks at 50 meters. Close to all shops, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket. Amb. cozy and contemporary. Live a dream vacation and be delighted with your stay. The old Annecy is a 10-minute walk away which allows you to spend a holiday without having to use the car.
Apartment located on the 6th floor with elevator. Secure residence.
Kitchen is fully equipped to new: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine.

Terrace equipped with garden furniture and two deckchairs.
