From 10:00 PM, music must be turned off and noise pollution must be kept to a minimum.



A €2,000 deposit will be required upon entering the house by bank imprint (no cashing). In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use it.



The maximum permitted capacity throughout the stay is 8 people.



A Minut noise-cancelling sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.



A surveillance camera is installed in the parking lots to ensure security.
